  This branch is so much better than Bridgend. Staff were dressed immaculately, Friendly,helpfull. Atmosphere was good. Realy enjoyed my visit you day,plus came away with some new fish,baby Cory's and red tip black baby shark,looks more like a ruby,or rainbow,don't are enjoyed whole day out

  Use self dog wash does the job. Give free treats and have a good selection of leads and dog food supplies. Nice little place to get ur dog washed

  I am disappointed that bsay the oeats with the service received today at the grooming section. About 3 weeks ago my puppy was meant to have his second groom 10 minutes after dropping him I was called in to pick him up and they said they could not groom him because he had a broken nail and what semes to be a bleed under his nail. On getting there I was nipped £15 for nail clipping though the person who called me told me they did not do anything as they noticed the broken nail just before they started grooming. My puppy was later Sen at the bets for pets in Llanrumney and they said he was perfectly fine. I rebooked his grooming appointment today only to go back and pick him up after an hour as advised . On pucking him up he was still wet on his head and neck . Fur not brushed at all and theyoung lady at the reception said all he gets on his puppy groom is hair trim around his face ce , nail clipping and a wash. She went on to say the reason he was wet on his head and neck is because he did not want to have his head and neck dried and that she cannot force him to have his fur dried. She took him back to the grooming room reluctantly in an attempt to dry his fur and you could clearly see the way she handled him made him rather uncomfortable. In the end we paid £25 for a wash and nail clipping for my puppy to come out soaking wet with the excuse that he did not want to have his head dried. The lady who did his first groom was an absolute gem and even shared photos with us of how he did in his first groom but this time around the lady who groomed him had no patience at all and made no effort with him you can clearly see the difference of when he had his first groom and the 2nd grrom. I would never take my puppy back there.
